There’s no year counter in The Sims, so it’s hard to have an overview of how much time has passed in total since you’ve started your save file.

I’ve created the ‘Sim Year Tracker’ Notion template you can use to visualize the passing of time and know how much ‘in-game time’ your Sims have lived.

Keep track of the years that have gone by in your game and use the Sim Session section to take notes.
